For Export TECHNICAL MEMORY: 1. WALLS The frame is made of galvanized steel bars of 100 mm.thick (supplied by Siderar Argentina). The inside covering is of HDF of 10mm.thick (supplied by Masisa Argentina). The outside covering consists on a OSB board to avoid damp on which we install a cement siding brand Superboard provided by Etex group. Between both coverings we incorporate a thermo-acoustic insulator of 70mm.thick. 2. CEILINGS The ceilings are all flat except in the car park and the grill. 3. ROOF The roof's frame is made of wood and thermo-acoustic insulators (Isolant - mod. TBA5) and cover with undulating, grey panels supplied by Siderar Argentina. The borders are made of wood with moldings. 4. INSTALLATIONS Sanitation facilities: Plastic piping (Aquasistem) of different measures for hot and cold water. Floor piping are not included. Gas: Wall piping are the only ones that are included. The piping are Epoxy approved by Metrogas Argentina. Electricity: Flexible and reinforced piping, with connectors and boxes (electric cables are not included) Alarms: We provide the piping and boxes installation for an intelligent alarm system (this service is additional). 5. DOORS AND CUPBOARDS On the inside of the cupboards you could find shelves and drawers made in wood. The cupboards´ fronts and the doors are made of MDF with sheet doorframes. 6. WINDOWS The windows are of white aluminium (Aluar Argentina) with double hermetic glass. 7. THE MONTAGE Previous requests: • Ground movement. • Reinforce concrete platform with drainpipes installed. 8. BUILDING PROCESS I. Ground movement and reinforce concrete with drainpipes. II.
